GRP Package Cooling Towers

Description

We are proud to introduce you to the latest and greatest in the installation, repair, maintenance and upgrades of GRP Package Cooling Towers. Our product range of package type cooling towers consists of type series from 0,6 m² to 36 m² land area. The fiberglass-reinforced polyester material of the cooling tower shell is virtually corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, virtually indestructible, quickly installed and economical. The larger cooling tower models are made of pultrude GRP frames with fully walkable, non-slip, gritted fan decks, equipped with railings around the entire perimeter, and have waterproof crates made of corrugated GRP sheets. The fan units consist of inducted pull fans with adjustable blades when stationary, gear motor drives and hot-dip galvanized fan unit supports with wire mesh protection. For checks and maintenance, easily removable shutters are provided, which minimize water loss caused by blowing out of air intakes, reduce adverse interference from air flow, and shade the pool of cold water and reduce water splashing sounds. Stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized steel structures are also available on request.

Single Cell Towers

Single cell GRP Water Cooling Towers, which are highly efficient with their small modular structures and axial fan design, are highly preferred in the sector with their long life. The life of these devices, which are made by using first-class PVC materials, GRP composite materials made with hand tilting technique, PP fillers, aluminum fan blades and chrome fasteners, is over 25 years. Compared to radiant fan towers, energy savings of up to 50% (water consumption and fan kilowattage) make these towers stand out. These towers, which have a water tank half of the square meter of tower seating area, can work for many years without the need for an additional tank. These towers, which can be positioned on a steel platform, can also be placed on a smooth concrete floor.

Double Cell Towers

The most important feature of GRP double cell water cooling towers is that they are produced for backup or partial operation. These towers can be operated at a low kW as well as a noble spare. During seasonal peaks, the entire capacity (100%) can be used and prevents the operation from being adversely affected. As an option in double-cell towers, the drainage outlet can be placed at the base of the tower in the towers positioned on the steel platform. The solid particles that will form on the ground can be easily drained in this way. Another benefit of twin-cell water cooling towers is that the other cell can work without being affected by any malfunction that may occur in one cell.

Multicellular Towers

They are formed by designing two or more towers side by side or in an adjacent order. Due to their multiple structures, they are the most cost-effective towers to back up. These towers, which can work in the most precise way at staggered capacities, can be designed as GRP pool or large concrete pool. In the towers with pools, the suction filters are designed in half and the suction pump is prevented from making air. These towers, which can perform flexible operation and backup as in double-cell cooling towers, can successfully engage at different degrees, deactivate, that is, stand by when automation. These systems, which can automatically make situations such as starting, deceleration and stopping with automation depending on the water outlet temperature, are very efficient.
